How Poppify Uses AI

Poppify uses artificial intelligence in specific, disclosed ways to help you create and publish social media content. We believe in transparency about where AI sits in our product.

• Caption and script writing. AI generates suggested captions, hashtags, and short scripts based on your input. You may edit or discard any AI-generated text before it is used.
• Music and effect selection. AI recommends background music tracks, transitions, and visual effects based on your content and stated goals.
• Visual generation (subscription product only). For users of the full Poppify subscription product, AI may generate images and short video clips. This feature is only available through the Poppify mobile app and web product, not through one-time agent purchases.
• One-time photo-to-video conversions. For one-time video conversion purchases (including purchases made through AI agents like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude), the visual content is supplied entirely by you, the user. AI is used only for caption writing, music selection, and effect timing — not for generating new imagery.

Disclosure and Watermarking

Any visual content generated by AI within Poppify is watermarked or otherwise labeled as AI-generated, in line with platform requirements (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and emerging legal standards. Caption text generated by AI is not watermarked but is clearly presented as "AI suggested" within our editor.

Your Content, Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you upload, generate, or publish through Poppify. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all photos, video, audio, and text you upload.
• You have obtained any required consents from individuals depicted in photos you upload, including the right to create derivative video works featuring their likeness.
• Your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property, trademark, or publicity rights.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Poppify, including any AI features, to create or distribute content that:

• Depicts, identifies, or impersonates a real person without that person's consent — including deepfakes, face-swaps, or voice clones of public figures, politicians, celebrities, or private individuals.
• Sexualizes minors or any content that could be construed as child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Contains nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornographic material.
• Promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• Promotes violence, hate, or harassment against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
• Spreads political misinformation, manipulated media intended to deceive voters, or false content about elections, public health, or other matters of public concern.
• Promotes illegal goods or services, including unregulated firearms, controlled substances, or human trafficking.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of copyrighted music, logos, brand assets, or other IP.
• Generates spam, scams, phishing material, or other deceptive commercial content.
• Imitates a real brand, business, or media outlet in a manner likely to deceive consumers.

Enforcement

We use a combination of automated systems and human review to detect violations of this policy. Consequences for violation may include:

• Removal of the offending content from our systems.
• Refusal to deliver a finished conversion that violates this policy (no refund where the violation is clear).
• Suspension or termination of your account.
• Reporting to law enforcement where the content depicts child exploitation or imminent threats of violence.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter Poppify-generated content that you believe violates this policy — including content used to impersonate you or someone else — report it to support@poppify.ai with the subject "Content Report" and as much detail as you can provide (URL, screenshots, context). We will investigate promptly.

Purchases Through AI Agents

This policy applies in full to purchases made through agentic commerce platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and similar). When an AI agent initiates a purchase on your behalf, you remain responsible for ensuring the requested content complies with this policy. Poppify will decline to deliver outputs that would violate this policy regardless of how the purchase was initiated, and may refund the purchase at our discretion.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AI Content & Acceptable Use Policy as our product and the regulatory landscape evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
