Refund Policy

Overview

Poppify offers two kinds of paid services: (1) one-time purchases of video conversions (e.g., turning your uploaded photos into a short-form video), and (2) subscription access to the Poppify mobile app and web product. This policy explains when refunds are available for each.

One-Time Video Conversion Purchases

We want you to be satisfied with every conversion. Because each conversion uses compute resources at the moment of purchase, refunds are handled as follows:

Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for partial periods, except as follows:

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@poppify.ai with the subject "Refund Request".
  2. Include your order ID or subscription email, the date of purchase, and a brief reason for the request.
  3. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact support@poppify.ai so we can resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of your Poppify account pending review. Poppify cooperates fully with payment network dispute resolution processes.

Refunds for Purchases Made Through AI Agents

For purchases made via agentic commerce platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Instant Checkout, Gemini agent purchases), this Refund Policy applies. You may request a refund either through the originating agent platform or by emailing us directly. Whichever channel you use, the same refund eligibility criteria apply.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Purchases are governed by the version of this policy in effect at the time of purchase.
