Refund Policy

Overview
Poppify offers two kinds of paid services: (1) one-time purchases of video conversions (e.g., turning your uploaded photos into a short-form video), and (2) subscription access to the Poppify mobile app and web product. This policy explains when refunds are available for each.
One-Time Video Conversion Purchases
We want you to be satisfied with every conversion. Because each conversion uses compute resources at the moment of purchase, refunds are handled as follows:
- Failed delivery. If we are unable to deliver your finished video file within 24 hours of purchase due to a technical error on our side, you will receive a full refund. No request required for total system failures; we will issue the refund automatically once detected.
- Defective output. If the delivered video is corrupted, unplayable, or materially does not reflect the photos you uploaded (e.g., wrong photos used, render error), email support@poppify.ai within 7 days of purchase with your order ID. We will either re-render the video at no charge or issue a full refund.
- Buyer's remorse. Once a conversion has been successfully delivered, refunds are at our discretion. We may offer credit toward a future purchase in lieu of a cash refund for subjective dissatisfaction.
- Unauthorized agent purchases. If you believe an AI agent (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) initiated a purchase without your authorization, contact us within 30 days. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund.
Subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for partial periods, except as follows:
- App Store / Google Play subscriptions. Refunds for subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google must be requested directly from Apple or Google per their respective refund policies. We cannot issue refunds for in-app purchases on your behalf.
- Web subscriptions billed directly by Poppify. If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription start (first-time subscribers only), you may request a full refund of that initial period. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable.
- Service unavailability. If the service is unavailable to you for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a Poppify outage, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@poppify.ai with the subject "Refund Request".
- Include your order ID or subscription email, the date of purchase, and a brief reason for the request.
- We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact support@poppify.ai so we can resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of your Poppify account pending review. Poppify cooperates fully with payment network dispute resolution processes.
Refunds for Purchases Made Through AI Agents
For purchases made via agentic commerce platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Instant Checkout, Gemini agent purchases), this Refund Policy applies. You may request a refund either through the originating agent platform or by emailing us directly. Whichever channel you use, the same refund eligibility criteria apply.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Purchases are governed by the version of this policy in effect at the time of purchase.
