• Generate AI-powered content suggestions

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must have the right to connect the social media accounts you authorize

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• You grant Poppify a license to process your content to provide the Service
• AI-generated suggestions are provided as recommendations; you are responsible for content you publish

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. Poppify is not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party platform APIs or policies
• Actions taken by third-party platforms on your account
• Availability or functionality of third-party services

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poppify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
