When you connect your social media accounts, we collect information based on the platforms you authorize:

Instagram & Facebook (via Meta Login)

• Your Instagram/Facebook username and profile information
• Profile picture and bio
• Account insights and metrics (followers, engagement rates)
• Facebook Pages you manage

TikTok

• Your TikTok display name and username
• Profile picture
• Follower and following counts
• Video statistics (likes, views)
• Ability to publish videos on your behalf (with your permission)

YouTube (via Google)

• Your YouTube channel name and information
• Channel thumbnail
• Subscriber and video counts
• Channel analytics
• Ability to upload Shorts on your behalf (with your permission)

Content You Create

• Posts, captions, and media you create within the app
• Scheduled content and publishing preferences

• Schedule and publish content to your social media accounts

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by:

1. Emailing us at support@poppify.ai with subject "Data Deletion Request"
2. Disconnecting Poppify from your social accounts:
   • Facebook/Instagram: Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Remove Poppify
   • TikTok: TikTok Settings → Security → Manage app permissions → Remove Poppify
   • Google/YouTube: Google Account → Security → Third-party apps → Remove Poppify

We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Export your data in a portable format
