Introduction

Poppify ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our social media growth management application and our photo-to-video conversion service.

Information We Collect

When you connect your social media accounts, we collect information based on the platforms you authorize:

Instagram & Facebook (via Meta Login)

• Your Instagram/Facebook username and profile information
• Profile picture and bio
• Account insights and metrics (followers, engagement rates)
• Facebook Pages you manage

TikTok

• Your TikTok display name and username
• Profile picture
• Follower and following counts
• Video statistics (likes, views)
• Ability to publish videos on your behalf (with your permission)

YouTube (via Google)

• Your YouTube channel name and information
• Channel thumbnail
• Subscriber and video counts
• Channel analytics
• Ability to upload Shorts on your behalf (with your permission)

Content You Create

• Posts, captions, and media you create within the app
• Scheduled content and publishing preferences

Photo-to-Video Conversion Service

When you purchase a photo-to-video conversion (including purchases made through AI agent platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude), we collect:

• The photos you upload for conversion
• Your email address (for Stripe receipts and support correspondence — videos are NOT emailed, they're downloaded from the success page)
• Order metadata (purchase amount, timestamp, originating platform)
• Payment information — processed by Stripe; full card details are never stored on Poppify servers

Uploaded photos are used solely to produce your requested video and are retained for up to 30 days after delivery, after which they are deleted from active storage. Finished video files are retained for 90 days to allow re-download. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Data Deletion below).

MCP Connector & Prepaid Wallets

When you connect Poppify to an AI assistant through our Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector — either via OAuth (for example, the Claude connector) or an API key — we create a prepaid wallet to hold your seed balance. For each wallet we store a wallet identifier, your seed balance and a transaction ledger, an optional email you provide at top-up (used for receipts and account recovery), and, for OAuth connections, opaque access/refresh tokens that map to your wallet. We receive only the tool inputs that you or your assistant explicitly send to Poppify (such as photos, prompts, captions, and generation parameters) — we do not receive your broader conversation with the assistant. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide analytics and insights across your connected platforms
• Schedule and publish content to your social media accounts
• Generate AI-powered content suggestions and captions
• Optimize posting times based on your audience engagement
• Improve our services and user experience

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• AI Services: We share prompts and, where applicable, your reference photos with AI providers to generate the content you request — Google Gemini & Imagen (text, strategy, and image generation), Google Veo (image-to-video / live motion), and ElevenLabs (AI music and voiceover). These providers process the data to return the requested output under their own privacy terms and do not use it to train their models on your behalf.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Google Cloud for secure data storage and video rendering
• Platform APIs: To publish content you authorize to your connected accounts
• Payment Processing: Stripe processes payments for one-time purchases and subscriptions. Stripe receives the information necessary to complete the transaction and is responsible for the security of your payment credentials under their own privacy policy.
• Agentic Commerce Platforms: When you purchase through an AI agent (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude), the originating platform shares purchase intent and contact information with us so that we can fulfill the order. We do not receive your conversation history with the agent.

Data Security

We protect your data using:

• Encryption of sensitive data (access tokens, credentials)
• Secure HTTPS connections for all data transfer
• Access controls limiting who can view your data
• Regular security audits

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Analytics data is retained for up to 2 years to provide historical insights. You can request deletion at any time.

Operational logs and transaction records — including wallet ledger entries, payment and refund records, and API request logs associated with MCP tool calls — are retained for up to 24 months for security, fraud-prevention, accounting, and legal-compliance purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Uploaded photos follow the shorter 30-day retention stated above.

Children's Privacy

Poppify is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by:

1. Emailing us at support@poppify.ai with subject "Data Deletion Request"
2. Disconnecting Poppify from your social accounts:
   • Facebook/Instagram: Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Remove Poppify
   • TikTok: TikTok Settings → Security → Manage app permissions → Remove Poppify
   • Google/YouTube: Google Account → Security → Third-party apps → Remove Poppify

We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Export your data in a portable format

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
