Common Questions
How do I connect my social accounts?
Go to any tab in the app and tap the channel picker to connect your Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Facebook accounts.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us at support@poppify.ai with subject "Data Deletion Request" and we will delete your data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The app isn't publishing my posts
Make sure your social account is still connected and the access token hasn't expired. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the account in the app.
I found a bug
